Student Sunday School is a ministry of Christian formation through which the Church receives its children and youth and nurtures them in the faith once delivered to the saints. It is not simply a time of instruction, but a shared life of learning shaped by Holy Scripture, prayer, and the worship of the Church. Within the ordered rhythm of the Church year, students are taught to listen reverently to God’s Word, to pray with the Church, and to understand themselves as members of the one Body of Christ.
Through Student Sunday School, children are formed gradually and faithfully, according to their age and ability. Younger students are welcomed into a sense of belonging, reverence, and trust, while older students are guided toward a deeper understanding of Scripture, the witness of the Saints, and the practice of spiritual habits. In this way, Student Sunday School supports the life of the parish and the Christian household, helping to raise children who are grounded in the Anglican tradition, shaped by worship, and prepared to live out their faith in the world.
