Student Sunday School
Student Sunday School is the Church’s ministry for helping children and youth grow in their Christian faith. It is more than a classroom—it is a place where young people learn to know and love Jesus Christ and discover what it means to be part of His Church.
Following the Church Year, students explore the story of God’s love through Holy Scripture, prayer, worship, the Sacraments, and the lives of the Saints. They learn about the Anglican faith and traditions while developing habits that will help them follow Christ throughout their lives.
Christian formation grows with the child. Younger students experience the faith through Bible stories, prayer, activities, and hands-on learning that encourage wonder, belonging, and love for God. As students grow older, they begin to explore Scripture more deeply and learn about the Sacraments, the Saints, Anglican worship, and the spiritual practices that strengthen a faithful Christian life.
Student Sunday School is also a partnership between the Church and the Christian family. Parents, clergy, and teachers work together to help our young people become faithful disciples—rooted in Scripture, strengthened through prayer and worship, and prepared to love and serve Christ in their homes, communities, and the world.
